I was raised in Vienna, Virginia and currently live in Mount Pleasant, NW D.C. My extensive knowledge of the DMV market is an asset to my clients, whether helping you find your ideal next neighborhood, or supplying insight on how to sell your house the fastest in your area.
I have a Master's degree from Columbia University in Theater Management and Producing, and I love how often my experience as a theater producer comes into play in my work in real estate.

I'd love to see the house and to provide a list of suggestions of how to make sure the house will be presented in the best way possible. (Little secret...it's all about how the pictures look!) I have a list of incredible vendors that you can contact to help you check off the to-do list items, and I can even help you manage the process if it's feeling too overwhelming. Also check out Houzz.com for follow latest trends of what Buyer's are loving!

I'm thinking about buying, what do I do?Send me a note and let's set up a time to do a Buyer Consult on Zoom or in person. During this 60 minute session we'll review the home buying process from A-Z. I want you to leave this call feeling relieved that you have a clearer picture of how it all works. No smoke-and-mirrors here, just good ole fashion education. At the end of our consult, I'll make you a custom search on our database and schedule a time to see houses! And if you need a mortgage lender to chat with, I can connect you to one or two!

Elana, do you work on rentals?I love working on rentals and would love to help! For the tenants - I've lived in major cities the majority of my life (Phildelphia, Chicago, New York City and DC), so I understand how stressful and overwhelming the process can be. Due to all my experience, I've also learned how to make sure your application stands out. For the landlords - I can help you get your rental ready to be listed and find people to fill your unit fast. I host Open Houses for a rental the first weekend it's live to get your unit off the market as fast as possible - you'd be shocked how successful this tactic can be!
